Q: What is Email Sender Deluxe?
A: Email Sender Deluxe is a program that will help you send personalized emails to your customers. Easily import all the recipients you need to email from various sources such as databases, Microsoft Access database, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, text-based files or manually enter all recipients. The program also allows you to quickly preview how each personalized email will look before sending them.
Q: How many emails can I send using the program?
A: In the trial version of Email Sender Deluxe, you can only send a total of 250 emails. In the full version, you can send as many emails as you want, there are no limitations or restrictions in the full version.
Q: What email delivery methods does it support?
A: Currently Email Sender Deluxe supports emailing using the standard SMTP server method, Direct Send (DNS) without any SMTP server (requires your port 25 to be open for outgoing traffic), or you can send using a third party Pickup Service, such as Internet Information Services (IIS) Pickup Service or any other that supports pickup from a folder.
Q: What email format/personalize options do I have?
A: All recipients you add to Email Sender Deluxe will contains fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email and Address. You can personalize your email to each recipient by using format tags that insert in each email, the field thats added on your recipient. Example: If your subject contains "Hello <#[First Name]#> <#[Last Name]#>", then each recipient will receive a personalized Subject that could say e.g. "Hello Peter Smith".
Q: Can I preview the emails before sending?
A: Yes, you can easily preview each email before sending.
Q: Can I import recipients from databases or files?
A: Yes, you can import recipients from databases, Microsoft Access database, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and text-based files such as CSV files. When importing recipients the recipients are not stored in Email Sender Deluxe, but instead retrieved from the database/file you chose. This gives you the possibility to always retrieve the newest version of your recipients automatically.
